You will also contribute to the improvement or re-design of existing products, systems and processes.Key responsibilities:Identify initiatives that align with Health Partners strategic plan to create a competitive market advantage in health insurance products and services.Demonstrate and maintain a strong customer focus whilst meeting business objectives and complying with all relevant acts, guidelines, work practices and Health Partners quality standardsManage business case development for strategic initiatives as agreed with management and other internal business unitsContribute to budgets and forecasts for new product initiatives and annual targetsProject manage the internal product review process, actively engaging relevant departments to ensure positive outcomesCoordinate performance initiative suggestions that relate to the health insurance business and provide researched and analysed recommendationsRecommend new solutions through data and analytics reviews that provide Health Partners with a wider, holistic picture of the businessAbout youWith at least three years+ experience in a similar role, you are passionate about delivering an exceptional product experience and have the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and concise product requirements.With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will also have strong time management and highly organised. About the role

About you

With at least three years+ experience in a similar role, you are passionate about delivering an exceptional product experience and have the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and concise product requirements.

With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will also have strong time management and highly organised. Partnered with strong analytical and problem-solving skills you will approach your work with professionalism, energy and will be self-motivated to work under broad direction.

Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or Marketing will be highly regarded
