You will be exposed to all areas of Private Health Insurance from logging claims, taking member payments and answering basic member queries across various channels.About youYou won’t need previous experience however, any previous work history will be an advantage. With a passion for customer service and fantastic communication (written and verbal) and listening skills, you will have strong attention to detail, be PC savvy with sound keyboard skills.
