As the Practice Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising operational efficiencies while fostering the growth and evolution of our dental practices.You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance dental practice operations and provide guidance and support to our Dental Practice Managers.About the roleReporting to the Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our dental practices.Key responsibilities:Drive initiatives to enhance dental practice operations, workflow efficiency, and patient satisfaction across all service areas.Lead and motivate a team of 5.0 FTE direct reportsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and standardisation to streamline operations and enhance the overall patient experience.Provide coaching and mentorship to Practice Managers across all sites, supporting their professional growth and development.Oversight of our Dental Service Centre, ensuring best practice customer service standards are maintained.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to Practice Managers to help them reach their full potential.Develop, implement, and review dental practice policies and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with industry regulations, best practices, and organisational goals.Lead and manage operational projects including but not limited to facility upgrades, system upgrades and process improvement initiatives.Drive positive patient experiences that supports the delivery of quality, value-based patient centred care.Foster continuous service improvement by identifying and implementing strategies that bolster loyalty, trust, and satisfaction.About youYou will have demonstrated experience of 5 years + in a similar role with leadership qualities to engage, motivate and drive your team with a proactive and empathetic approach.With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will also need strong time management and organisational skills.
