This is another way where Optical is done right at Health Partners, which is why we have such long-standing and rewarding relationships with our members.We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, quality focused laboratory technician to join our Adelaide optical lab!About the roleWorking in busy technical environment, you will provide optimal lens to frames outcomes and as part of our dedicated, professional team deliver exceptional internal customer service centred on fitting, edging, troubleshooting and technical frame fitting, adjustments and repairs.  With a focus on quality, you will be responsible for generating products that are made to order, fit for purpose and delivered on time within parameters to ensure our store teams are able to provide exceptional service and product to our members.The position is full time, and is located at our Adelaide CBD location.We offer a competitive salary, ongoing training and career development, excellent working conditions with a work/life balance in a professional and support environment.About youminimum 2 years' optical technician experienceable to provide high quality work to deadlinessolid trouble shooting and problem solving skillsbe reliable with sound time management skillspossess excellent internal customer service acumenability to build genuine, supportive relationshipscommitted to work effectively in a busy team environmentOptical Mechanics or Optical lab technician experience is essentialCert IV in Dispensing is not essential but desirable.You will need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to apply and be able provide two professional referees.Please note all employees who may attend a worksite or any face-to-face work-related activity will be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.We are looking to fill this role as soon as we can so applications will be screened as they are received.For more information, please contact 8236 4526 for a confidential discussion.
