We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Lead to join our team and help us to take our already incredible employees on a journey of uplift and growth.
About the role
As a champion of growth and enablement, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating learning and development initiatives to support our employees as they grow and develop in their roles. Working alongside our passionate leaders and Learning & Development Adviser, you will drive our uplift framework to deliver learning experiences that are engaging and rewarding for our people.

You will be someone who enjoys capturing ideas and requirements and designing new initiatives, all while making learning engaging and inspiring for our people.
Your experience, proactivity and professionalism will help you in connecting with people and making things happen.
You have a flair for making an impact and building connections with people at all levels. Effective communication is second nature to you, and you know how to work with others to get things done smoothly.
These qualities tied in with tertiary qualifications in education/workplace training and assessment and a working knowledge of Litmos and Articulate 360 will set you up to be the perfect fit as our Learning & Development Lead!
