No matter where or how we grow, our focus will always be helping locals live in a better state of health.We’re proud to be a not-for-profit – and prouder still to be guided by doing what’s right for our members, our people, and the broader community.  As South Australia’s largest open Health Insurer providing cover to over 90,000 people, we are on our members side for the moments that matter.We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Lead to join our team and help us to take our already incredible employees on a journey of uplift and growth.About the roleAs a champion of growth and enablement, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating learning and development initiatives to support our employees as they grow and develop in their roles.  Working alongside our passionate leaders and Learning & Development Adviser, you will drive our uplift framework to deliver learning experiences that are engaging and rewarding for our people.Key responsibilities:Lead the learning and development function including the design, development and implementation of training programs.Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across different our business.Collaborate with SME’s and internal stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of training materials and programs.Work with our Learning & Development Adviser to develop and deliver engaging and interactive training programs that address identified needs and support employee development through career progression pathways.Support technical competency development including traineeships, compliance and career development.Be across industry trends and best practice to continuously enhance the learning experience.Provide coaching and support to people leaders and employees to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.Partner with People & Culture to identify and develop high-potential employees and to promote professional development programs.About youYou will be someone who enjoys capturing ideas and requirements and designing new initiatives, all while making learning engaging and inspiring for our people.Your experience, proactivity and professionalism will help you in connecting with people and making things happen.You have a flair for making an impact and building connections with people at all levels. About the role
