We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Lead to join our team.
About the role
You will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating learning and development initiatives to support the growth and development of our employees. Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify training needs, develop training programs and deliver engaging learning experiences

About you
You will be an experienced, proactive, professional with excellent facilitation skills through your ability to engage and inspire learners who enjoys the full end to end process of capturing requirements and designing initiatives.
Possessing high level personal impact, you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Tertiary qualifications in education/workplace training and assessment is essential together with a working knowledge of Litmos and Articulate 360.
