Being not-for-profit means that we put our members first and always do the right thing for them when it comes to their health protection and care.We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to join the Health Partners Team.About the roleReporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements throughout the organisation to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.You will be the subject matter expert on our procedures and processes and fundamental in identifying how changes can impact our current processes.You will work with key stakeholders to deliver the continuous improvement framework, supporting both our customer facing and contact centre teams.Key responsibilities:Execution of updates and changes to process driven by quality assurance outcomesProvide a comprehensive overview of process effectiveness and a mechanism to identify continuous improvement opportunitiesSupporting the Continuous Improvement team to deliver on time and quality people/customer outcomesResponsible for the analytics of data, providing clear and value add insights and recommendations to key stakeholders allowing informed decision makingBe an expert in the role, actively contributing as a process SME in business-driven projects and any continuous improvement initiativesCreate and continually improve/maintain content which is utilised by employeesSupport business units with SME attendance in project meetings and assist in completing allocated actions on behalf of business unitsIdentify new industry trends and gather information regarding competitors through analysis of customer interactions through quality contactsAbout youWith at least three years+ experience in process/continuous improvement, you will have solid experience in introducing and understanding measurable CI methodologies, as well as process mapping skills.You will be LEAN Six Sigma certified (minimum yellow or green belt) with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills partnered with the excellent time management and the ability to multitask.With and a proven track record of implementing successful continuous improvement initiatives, strong problem-solving skills you will approach your work with professionalism, and energy and will be self-motivated to work under broad direction.Preferred but not essential experience in Change Management and Private Health Insurance will be highly regarded.What’s on offer?A generous allowance on your private health insurance premiumAccess to internal and external learningVolunteer days to work with our partner charitiesAccess to our Employee Assistance Program for you and your familyAccess to discounted gym memberships and wellbeing programsYou must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application, be able to provide two recent referees and hold a current satisfactory National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain prior to commencement.Working with Health Partners means that you will be working with a diverse range of people who are committed to doing things The Right Way.Visit http://careers.healthpartners.com.au/ to find out more about life at Health Partners.Applications will be screened as they are received.Health Partners appreciates the time and effort it takes to prepare and submit your application with us which is why we are a Circle Back Initiative employer and are committed to reviewing and responding to every candidate.   AUD Adelaide 5000
