Steer governance and delivery in regulated environments, keeping risks, dependencies, resources, vendors, reporting, and stakeholders aligned and on track — including running smooth, purposeful governance forums.Lead governance and delivery in a regulated environment where no two days are the same. You’ll stay on top of risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and vendors to keep everything running smoothly. Cultivate safe, inclusive, high-performing teams by coaching with human-centred approaches, clarifying roles, and sparking co-design and collaborative problem-solving.Weave change management into delivery by teaming up with leaders to drive ownership, deliver high-quality change artefacts, and use human-centred methods to boost adoption and engagement.Forge strong stakeholder relationships by keeping communication clear, priorities aligned, and issues resolved before they escalate. About youYou are a proactive, organized and human-centred leader with 3-5 years’ experience as a Project Manager, delivering on complex projects in a regulated service industry.
