We are excited to be growing, and we are now looking seeking a dedicated Patient Experience Manager to join our growing Health Services team at Health Partners.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Health Services and a key member of the Leadership team in Health Services, this is a new opportunity for a highly motivated leader to shape and deliver an exceptional service experience for our patients through streamlining processes, structuring the team effectively and driving continuous improvement whilst developing and delivery ongoing training programs.
Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, you will mentor and lead the team to set expectations and monitor, coach and feedback to deliver the same level of exceptional service to our patients across our channels.
This role needs a resilient leader who is used to working at a fast pace with a commitment to developing their people to deliver exceptional service.
About you
You will need strong management experience leading teams in a health-related field. With a focus on team cohesion and able build relationships that positively impact the culture of the team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management and organisational skills with proactive and empathetic approach.
Qualifications in business and/or practice management in Dental or Optical or would be highly regarded.
