We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, collaborative and systems-savvy Coordinator to join our People & Culture team on a full-time permanent basis.
About the Role
As a people-focused team member, you will play an integral role in supporting the People & Culture function and ensuring the seamless delivery of services across the employee lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, loves optimising systems, and takes pride in accuracy and compliance. You will be a key custodian of our HR systems, particularly Employment Hero, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency and an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You’re highly organised, detail-oriented and take genuine pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. You enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure systems run smoothly and people feel supported.
Importantly, you are an Employment Hero superstar; confident navigating the platform, maintaining data accuracy, supporting payroll processes, and leveraging system functionality to improve efficiency and reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or Administration will be highly regarded. However, substantial HR systems and coordination experience will be equally valued.
