Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination of employee documentation and correspondence
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
  • Maintaining and optimising internal HR systems, with a strong focus on Employment Hero
  • Ensuring employee records are accurate, compliant and up to date
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries and system support
  • Preparing reporting and workforce data insights as required
  • Reviewing, updating and drafting policies and procedures
  • Supporting Business Partners and the wider People & Culture team
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities across processes and systems
  • Providing WHS administrative support

About You

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience using Employment Hero
  • Confidence supporting payroll processes within HR systems
  • Experience maintaining data integrity and compliance in HR platforms
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience with Culture Amp (highly regarded)

Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or Administration will be highly regarded. However, substantial HR systems and coordination experience will be equally valued.
