We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead our experienced and committed team at Pirie Street.
About the Role
As a Store Manager with Health Partners, you’ll lead a high-performing team and set the tone for an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with our optometrists and optical dispensers, you’ll create a supportive, engaging environment where your people can thrive and your customers feel valued.
Your focus will be on leadership, team development, and operational excellence - driving performance, efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll guide your team in delivering quality service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a welcoming and professional store environment.
About You
You’re an experienced retail or customer service leader who knows how to inspire and motivate a team. You’re passionate about people and take pride in creating an environment where everyone feels supported to succeed.
