We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring every member leaves feeling cared for and supported. We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead our experienced and committed team at Pirie Street. About the RoleAs a Store Manager with Health Partners, you’ll lead a high-performing team and set the tone for an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with our optometrists and optical dispensers, you’ll create a supportive, engaging environment where your people can thrive and your customers feel valued. Your focus will be on leadership, team development, and operational excellence - driving performance, efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll guide your team in delivering quality service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a welcoming and professional store environment. About YouYou’re an experienced retail or customer service leader who knows how to inspire and motivate a team. About the Role
As a Store Manager with Health Partners, you’ll lead a high-performing team and set the tone for an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with our optometrists and optical dispensers, you’ll create a supportive, engaging environment where your people can thrive and your customers feel valued.

 

Your focus will be on leadership, team development, and operational excellence - driving performance, efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll guide your team in delivering quality service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a welcoming and professional store environment.

 

About You
