In supporting Health Partner’s strategic pillar of operational excellence, you will be leading and driving the transformation of operational processes through continuous improvement, innovation, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies.Key responsibilitiesLead the Operational Excellence Team, championing and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency.Help to identify, prioritise and roll out innovative solutions to improve current operations, cut out inefficiencies, and reduce costs.Develop and implement the team’s strategy aligned with Health Partners’ overall business goals, focusing on integrating AI, automation, and robotics where applicable.Lead and manage the team of highly driven Quality and Continuous Improvement specialists to achieve team and organisational goals.Take the lead on change initiatives to make sure new systems and processes land smoothly, driving lasting impact with minimal disruption.Set the key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that bring operational changes, improvements and innovations to life – tracking real results and making successes measurable.Collaborate with other teams across the business to align goals, share knowledge and drive transformation together.About youYou’ll have a passion for improving business processes and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
