This is a permanent part time role working Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Key responsibilitiesAct as a first point of contact for all customer enquiries in a professional mannerSchedule and manage appointments across dental and optical servicesProcess transaction payments and basic billing accurately and efficientlyResolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and a solutions-focused approachMaintain accurate records and ensure patient confidentiality at all timesCollaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient journeys About youIf you’re experienced in customer service and administration with a passion for health then we want to hear from you!Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role in a healthcare settingComfortable working with appointments and billing systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage high call volumes and remain calm under pressureStrong problem solving skills and high attention to detailProactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement What’s on offer?To be part of our local team means your part of something pretty special. About the role

If you’re passionate about making an impact to our members and patients, we have an exciting opening for a Patient Experience Consultant to work across our Health Services appointment centre based at Pirie Street. This is a permanent part time role working Monday, Tuesday and Friday. 

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for all customer enquiries in a professional manner
  • Schedule and manage appointments across dental and optical services
  • Process transaction payments and basic billing accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and a solutions-focused approach
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure patient confidentiality at all times
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient journeys 

About you

If you’re experienced in customer service and administration with a passion for health then we want to hear from you!

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role in a healthcare setting
  • Comfortable working with appointments and billing systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong problem solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
