This is a full-time position where you will receive comprehensive, hands-on training to support our Dentists and contribute to providing professional dental services to our members and patients.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Dentists in providing efficient and professional services to members and patients.Set up instruments, equipment, and materials accurately for each treatment.Maintain strict infection control protocols for all instruments and equipment.Manage dental stock consumables and inform the Team Leader of low levels.Reassure, welcome, and maintain a friendly manner with patients.Work collaboratively within a team, assisting other dental and administration staff as required.Skills & AttributesStrong interpersonal skills with positive, friendly, and sincere communication.Ability to adapt approach to suit various situations and circumstances.Self-motivated, reliable, and able to stay positive under pressure.A commitment to teamwork and respect for all.Basic understanding of the dental industry is beneficial.About youIf you have a genuine interest in dentistry and are looking for your next opportunity we would like to hear from you. The Opportunity

Join Health Partners as a Trainee Dental Assistant and embark on an exciting journey to acquire the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills required to excel in this essential role. This is a full-time position where you will receive comprehensive, hands-on training to support our Dentists and contribute to providing professional dental services to our members and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Dentists in providing efficient and professional services to members and patients.
  • Set up instruments, equipment, and materials accurately for each treatment.
  • Maintain strict infection control protocols for all instruments and equipment.
  • Manage dental stock consumables and inform the Team Leader of low levels.
  • Reassure, welcome, and maintain a friendly manner with patients.
  • Work collaboratively within a team, assisting other dental and administration staff as required.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong interpersonal skills with positive, friendly, and sincere communication.
  • Ability to adapt approach to suit various situations and circumstances.
