In this role you’ll work with the team to welcome our patients and see them through their dental journey. Welcome and sign patients in Maintain patient recall system to make sure reminders are sent promptly Answer inbound calls to provide accurate information for our members and answer general queries Process patient accounts and schedule follow up appointments About youIf you have experience in dental or medical administration or reception role, we want to hear from you! About the role

  • Welcome and sign patients in

About you

If you have experience in dental or medical administration or reception role, we want to hear from you! You’ll also have experience with:
