Working closely with the Change Manager, you’ll partner with leaders and teams across the business to build change capability and readiness, helping shape a culture where our people feel supported, engaged, enabled and confident navigating change. Every day will be different from guiding our people through change, coaching our leaders in the transition and facilitating change across projects.Key responsibilities:Collaborate with the Program Management Office, leaders and teams to make sure change management is seamlessly woven into every project, big or small.Create clear, people-focussed change plans that help our people move confidently from where we are today to where we’re headed.Champion the Health Partners Change Management Framework, helping teams use it in a practical, meaningful way.Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders so you can understand impacts, shape adoption strategies, and keep refining approaches that set us up for success.Stay ahead of the curve by keeping informed on business direction, change programs, tech developments and industry trends.About youYou’re ready to take the next step in your career and feel genuinely energised by the chance to help build new capability in an evolving organisation that’s serious about people-centred change.
