About the roleReporting to and working closely with the Learning & Development Adviser, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative and flexible approaches, content and resources to diverse audiences, to support the ongoing adoption of knowledge and application of critical business systems organisational wide.This role also supports the improvement of business and operational processes as they relate to systems and improving process efficiencies.Ideally, you will also possess project management experience as you will be working across multiple projects at any time.About youWith at least two years’ experience in a similar role, you will be a Litmos (SAP) and Articulate super user, with the ability to understand software applications, functionality and processes.Working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders and SMEs, you will hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, be engaging with a high level of personal impact and self awareness and be super effective in building consultative and collaborative relationships.
