You will be responsible for leading our Dental Service Centre with taking dental related calls, scheduling appointments for our dental practices, and responding to general member and patient enquiries. As well as COVID liaison, emergency management, appointment book coordination, compliance, training and process improvement. About youYou will need experience in a senior customer service role, either in a contact centre or face to face, be passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience, have excellent communication with strong administrative and computer skills and a very high level of attention to detail.
