We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a senior team member to join us in our Dental Service Centre in Adelaide.
About the role
Reporting to the Group Manager, Dental, we are looking for a brilliant administrator to provide our members and customers with an exceptional service experience. You will be responsible for leading our Dental Service Centre with taking dental related calls, scheduling appointments for our dental practices, and responding to general member and patient enquiries. As well as COVID liaison, emergency management, appointment book coordination, compliance, training and process improvement.
You will need experience in a senior customer service role, either in a contact centre or face to face, be passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience, have excellent communication with strong administrative and computer skills and a very high level of attention to detail. Previous experience in Dental would be great, but not essential.
You will need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to apply and be required to provide two professional referees and a current police check.
