Optical is done right at Health Partners Optical, which is why we have such long-standing and rewarding relationships with our members.We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer experience administrator to join us on initially on a full-time fixed term contract of six (6) months in our Corporate in our Head Office.About the roleReporting to the Optical Group Practice Manager, we are looking for a brilliant administrator to provide our members and customers with an exceptional service experience. You will be responsible for taking optical related calls, scheduling appointments for our stores and responding to general member and patient enquiries. About youYou will need a minimum of 12 months previous experience in a customer service role, either in a contact centre or face to face, be passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience, have excellent communication with strong administrative and computer skills and a very high level of attention to detail.
