Optical is done right at Health Partners Optical, which is why we have such long-standing and rewarding relationships with our members.We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer experience administrator to join us on initially on a full-time fixed term contract of six (6) months in our Corporate in our Head Office.About the roleReporting to the Optical Group Practice Manager, we are looking for a brilliant administrator to provide our members and customers with an exceptional service experience.  You will be responsible for taking optical related calls, scheduling appointments for our stores and responding to general member and patient enquiries. About youYou will need a minimum of 12 months previous experience in a customer service role, either in a contact centre or face to face, be passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience, have excellent communication with strong administrative and computer skills and a very high level of attention to detail.  Previous experience in Optical would be great, but not essential.You will need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to apply and be required to provide two professional referees and a current police check.We are looking to fill this role as soon as we can so applications will be screened as they are received.For more information, please contact Rebecca Wight on 8236 4526. 43000 AUD Adelaide
