We are currently the largest privately owned and operated dental practice within South Australia and we pride ourselves on our ability to provide the highest standards of dental care and treatments options to our patients.We have a great opportunity available for a Dental Concierge to join our Adelaide practice on a full time, permanent basis.About the roleReporting to the Dental Service Manager, this position is responsible for being the face of our practice and delivering a professional, efficient and personalised service to our patients via greetings on arrival, receipting of accounts, rescheduling appointments and responding to general patient enquiries.Our employees benefit from modern and state of the art dental facilities, generous employee incentives and supported internal and external training and development initiatives.About youYou will be self-motivated and reliable, have exceptional customer service and strong time management skills, coupled with a can-do attitude and a great work ethic. Previous experience in a medical administrative position is essential and experience within the dental industry is desirable. Current knowledge of Medicare and DVA would also be advantageous.We are looking to fill this role ASAP with applications closing Friday 6 November 2020 and will be screened as they are received.You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role and hold a current WWCC.
